The new Madsen Dress can’t stop, won’t stop, in a cotton-silk blend with a hand-painted watercolor print, contrast piping, and eyelet lace panels. This frock has ruffled elastic straps, a scoop neck, and an overlapping triangle detail at the front that creates cutouts at the side waist and an open lower back (also with elastic). The skirt flows to a high-low hem at the bottom.
