  • We have been strictly monitored for the cleanness of our warehouse, stocks, and the safety and health of our employees. To keep exposure at a minimum, we have only a few employees at work and they are required to wear masks and gloves while working with all merchandise incoming and outgoing.   • We encourage you to sign up for an account. It is easier to find all your order numbers and histories, track your package, and process returns.

 
  • Due to the high volume of issues with packages that are lost, stolen, undeliverable, or incorrect addresses, we strongly recommend adding insurance for just $5. This insurance guarantees the safe delivery of your package. If the package is lost or stolen, you will be eligible for a full refund from the courier.

    Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for successful delivery lies with both you and the courier. While we will do our best to assist you, if an "uninsured" package is lost, stolen, fraud, undeliverable, incorrect address, or any other issues, we will not be able to issue a refund or cover any losses.

  • FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING with no minimum. Choose Standard Shipping at checkout and the free shipping will apply automatically. The order will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx Ground. Please see "US Shipping Rates & Delivery Time" for more details.

  • Yes, girls...we offer NEXT DAY FREE SHIPPING if you are in the MANHATTAN and the BROOKLYN area! Orders must be placed BEFORE 11:00 AM EST from MONDAY to FRIDAY. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed next Monday and Tuesday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours.

    When the couriers arrive and no one signs the package, they will leave a note on your door with a redelivery or pick-up instruction that you can contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly to assist you. When the package is still in transit, you can use:

    • FedEx Manage Delivery: Under the tracking page we send you, you can request to hold the package at your desired location.

    • UPS Change My Delivery: Under the tracking page we send you, tell your driver where to leave packages when you're not home, have your packages delivered to a UPS location, or change your delivery date or location.

  • We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service. Please choose “Standard Shipping” at Checkout.

  • Please make sure to use the card and account that have sufficient funds. Please fill out all the information correctly at Checkout, especially the address. If you have trouble placing the order, please CONTACT US.

    • All the shipping information must be filled out correctly. If there is an apartment/ unit/ suite number, please make sure to fill it out. If additional charges by the courier are caused by the wrong shipping information provided by the customer, we will charge you the fees. When issuing a refund, it will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

    • Paying with card: Please make sure to use the card and account that have sufficient funds. When filling out the billing information, please make sure the cardholder, card number, expiration date, street name, zip code, and CVC are correct and match your billing address. In addition, if you are purchasing from overseas, please make sure your card is not blocked for international transactions. The payment will not go through if one of the information is incorrect. If the card you use does not go through, please try a different card or a different payment method.

    • Paying with Afterpay: Afterpay is currently available in these countries: Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Please make sure you have not reached the monthly limit and that your card or bank account associated with Afterpay has sufficient funds. In addition, if you are purchasing from overseas, please make sure your card is not blocked for international transactions. If the card or bank account you use does not go through, please try a different card or a different payment method.

    You might still see the failed transaction showing “pending” on your account, which might take a few minutes to 24 hours for the pending transaction to be cleared, depending on your bank. The payment was declined so no charge was made and no money was withdrawn from your account. You can try placing the order again or wait till the pending transaction clears. If you are worried about the item might be sold out, you can also CONTACT US to reserve it for you.

    The wrong information may cause a failure of placing an order, delay in processing your order and shipping, or lead to a package missing or undeliverable incident, which will not be protected under insurance or issued a refund.

  • Orders will be dispatched from either Taipei or New York City within 24 to 48 hours of ordering, credit, and shipping address verification. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will process next Monday or Tuesday. If you wish to receive your order urgently, please CONTACT US in advance and we will try to prioritize your order.

  • The following is the holiday schedule for USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL operations. No pickup or delivery service is provided on these dates. UPS and FedEx still offer shipping services on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Juneteenth, and Columbus Day. We suggest you place the order earlier and before the “last day to ship” to ensure it delivers on time.

  • We provide different mailing services of your choice - USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

    Standard shipping: 1 to 4 business days.

    Free USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground shipping.

    Express shipping: Next day or 2 business days.

    • A flat rate of $12 FedEx 2Day® express shipping.

    • USPS Express and FedEx Overnight® Shipping costs will be calculated by weight, dimension, and destination at Checkout. You will see the final shipping cost after you fill out the shipping address at Checkout. Below is the estimated delivery date.

    All orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday (business days). Orders ship on Thursday or Friday will not arrive until next Monday or Tuesday. Sometimes USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground can deliver the packages on the weekend, depending on your local courier but it is not guaranteed. FedEx 2Day® does not offer shipping or delivery services on the weekend. If you place the order on Thursday or Friday and wish to receive the order on Saturday, you must choose either USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx Overnight®, or FedEx Overnight® Saturday, which are guaranteed to deliver on time.

    Due to the high volume of packages lost, undeliverable, incorrect addresses, or fraud, we kindly ask you to add insurance that only costs $1.5, and the package is guaranteed to be delivered safely. When the couriers arrive and no one signs the package, they will leave a note on your door with a redelivery or pick-up instruction that you can contact USPS, UPS, or FedEx directly to assist you. When the package is still in transit, you can use:

    Once the order is dispatched from the warehouse, we cannot make any changes or cancel the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 to 48 hours. Please also allow the tracking to update in 24 to 48 hours.

• Flat rate of $12 for FedEx 2Day® Express Shipping.

• For other Express Shipping, the final cost will be calculated by the Postal Service and FedEx at checkout.

  • International express shipping rates may vary from time to time depending on the fuel tax but we are working on getting a better rate for you. Stay tuned!

    - All the shipping information must provide in English only in the format below. It is also mandatory to fill out the correct phone number and email at checkout in case your local Customs or DHL need to contact you directly for any issue regarding the clearance process.

    - Please fill out the exact country that you would like to ship to. Otherwise, we are unable to ship the package due to incorrect shipping costs. It will also cause a delay in preparing your order.

    - We do not cover duties and taxes at the moment. We use DAP (delivered at place) or DDU (delivery duty unpaid), so the customer is responsible for paying the duties and taxes. You will be contacted by Customs once your shipment arrives to settle any charges in order for the shipment to be released and delivered. If you have any questions regarding whether you will be charged any fees and how much you need to pay, please contact your local Customs, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for detail about import regulations. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay the import duties and taxes and they only deal with the recipient directly.

    - Important additional information is required for packages shipped to the below countries:

    1. EU

    As of July 1, 2021. all commercial goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT.

    2. India

    For orders, all Non-Document (WPX), shipped to India, Please provide the below information.

    • Consignee's Know Your Customer documents (KYC: Government recognized identify and address proof) to be presented to customs for shipment clearance.

    • Import clearance cannot start unless Consignee's KYC documents and Authorization Letter (POA) are uploaded.

    • For Individuals: Consignee's KYC Documents such as Passport, Voter ID, Driver's License, Permanent Account Number (PAN), and Authorization Letter (POA).

    3. South Korea

    For orders shipped to South Korea, DHL requires to provide the VAT/ Tax ID for Customs clearance. Please provide the necessary information when you place the order or send us an email afterward to ensure your shipment is on time. You can find the detailed requirement below.

    4. Russia

    For orders shipped to Russia, you must provide a commercial address. Shipping to private individuals is not allowed. Please email us if you would like to place an order.

    5. Thailand

    For orders shipped to Thailand, private Individuals must register with the Thai Customs Department and nominate DHL Express (Thailand) Ltd as a customs clearance broker. This may take up to 3-4 days.

    • For Thais: Require original passport/ID.

    • For non-Thai nationals: Require passport, work permit, and the latest entry stamp or visa.

  • We provide UPS, FedEx, and DHL international shipping services that take 1 - 5 business days to deliver worldwide, depending on your country!

    For customers in Canada, we offer FedEx International Ground® service that costs an $20 flat rate and takes only 4 business days to deliver. It can be selected after you fill out the shipping address at Checkout.

    If you are located at a remote location, which will be determined by the courier, it will take at least 2 to 4 weeks to deliver. Sometimes it can only be delivered by the local post service, which will take even longer. For a faster shipping service to a remote location, please CONTACT US for the rate.

    Although it is express shipping, it might be some unforeseen delays at the Customs in each country, which is beyond our control. Therefore, we suggest you place the order a week in advance to secure your order is delivered on time. Please note that once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will be UPS, FedEx, DHL, and your responsibility for the shipment. For any duties and taxes issues, you must contact your local Customs, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for further information. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay the import duties and taxes and they only deal with the recipient directly.
